摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the reliability of servo control tasks such as aeroengine fuel metering,guide vane and nozzle throat area,avoid the failure of servo control caused by co-mode failure of the dual residual electro-hydraulic conversion devices,through analyzing the control requirements of different servo actuator,dissimilar redundancy control devices are designed for these different servo actuator control requirements.Dual-residual jet pipe electro-hydraulic servo valve(EHSV)with strong anti-pollution capability is adopt as the main control electro-hydraulic device,meanwhile the heterogeneous high-speed solenoid valve is added as backup device.PID controllers are designed for different single-loop and double-loop position closing control loops of servo ac-tuator,and the semi-physical simulation verification of the main-backup control performance of servo loop and the bench test of the main-back switch are carried out.The test results show that the designed main-backup heterogeneous control devices can meet the operational requirements of aeroengine,and can effectively avoid the occurrence of the co-mode failure of the electro-hydraulic conversion devices,thereby improving the securi-ty of the servo control and the system survival.
