Practical Review and Regulatory Approach of Local"Small-theme"Legislation
摘要
Abstract
Local"small-theme"legislation aims to precisely address specific challenges in local governance,playing a vital role in advancing local rule of law and refinement.However,current local"small-theme"legislation is confronted with practical issues such as fragmented legislative topics,insufficient distinctive content,inadequate refinement in legislative techniques,and insufficient democratization in legislative procedures.To effectively overcome these challenges,mechanisms for scientific legislative topic selection should be strengthened,distinctive local legislative content should be emphasized,the sophistication of local legislative techniques should be enhanced,and public participation in local legislation should be expanded.These measures will elevate the quality of local"small-theme"legislation and improve the effectiveness of local governance.关键词
