The Third Distribution Empowers Left-behind Women in Rural Disadvantaged Groups to Achieve Common Prosperity:How to Act?How Is It Possible?
摘要
Abstract
At present,the economic situation and social status of rural women have been greatly improved,but the rural left-behind women still face difficulties such as gender exclusion in economic participation,lack of social capital accumulation,and passive response in public participation,which are also manifested in capability approach theory at the practical level.Relying solely on one-way compensation of material resources cannot effectively solve these difficulties faced by the rural left-behind women.Therefore,it is necessary to use the supplementary function of the third distribution to the primary distribution and redistribution,and explore athree-dimensional collaborative development path of"state-organization-social forces"from the perspective of"system empowerment-subject activation-opportunity expansion"under the dynamic equilibrium framework of efficiency and fairness.The gender response of the third distribution system should shift from"material compensation"to the construction of individual"feasible capability set",helping the rural left-behind women to increase their income,reduce their burden,and achieve common prosperity.关键词
