Study on the Construction of a Digital Platform for Historical and Cultural Blocks Based on the Needs of Multiple Stakeholders

Abstract
As the key carriers of urban cultural heritage,historical and cultural blocks face serious challenges like building aging and potential breaks in cultural inheritance during urbanization.While digital technology brings new paths for cultural heritage protection,the differentiated needs of different stakeholders haven't been fully addressed systematically.This paper analyzes the practical cases such as Chen Clan Ancestral Hall preventive conservation project and the intangible cultural heritage metaverse in Guangzhou,and the digital platform design of the Pingjiang Rood Historical and cultural Block in Suzhou.It reveals the innovative practices of digital technology in dynamic monitoring,cultural display,and public participation.The paper focuses on the core demands of diverse subjects including government,residents,tourists,etc.,and combining them with a user-end design framework,puts forward a digital platform strategy that empowers different roles,with a view to coordinate government planning,community co-construction,and immersive cultural experiences.关键词
