摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the comprehensive performance of epoxy resin composite materials in power system,the author used silane coupling agent(KH570)to graft nano-Al2O3,and used styrene(PS)to enhance the compatibility of nano-Al2O3 in epoxy resin.Modified epoxy resin samples with Al2O3 con-tent of 1%,3%and 5%were prepared,respectively.The effects of modified nano-Al2O3 with different mass fractions on the properties of epoxy resin were investigated from the aspects of micro-morphology,surface condensation quality,static contact angle,water absorption and surface/volume resistivity of the samples.The results show that the nano-Al2O3 particles modified by KH570-PS graft can be uniformly dispersed in the epoxy resin,and there is no obvious agglomeration on the surface of the epoxy resin.The modified epoxy resin can significantly reduce the condensation quality of the surface.With the increase of Al2O3 concentration,the water absorption of grafted samples decreased and the hydrophobicity was en-hanced.After graft modification,the decrease of volume resistivity caused by nano-Al2O3 can be allevi-ated,and the surface resistivity of epoxy resin can be significantly improved.The research results provide reference for improving the performance of epoxy resin insulation materials in hot and humid environment,and have certain engineering practical value.
