数字孪生技术在卫星通信干扰排查中的应用方案设计
Design of Application Scheme for Digital Twin Technology in Satellite Communication Interference Troubleshooting

Abstract
In response to the bottlenecks in satellite communication interference troubleshooting,shuch as the difficulties in signal detection,source localization,cause analysis,and effectiveness verification,a full-process closed-loop scheme based on digital twin technology is proposed.A tri-integrated architecture comprising physical perception,virtual twin,and intelligent decision-makingis constructed.It incorporates four key technologies including weak feature extraction,multi-source data fusion localization,causal tracing,and virtual pre-verification,thereby shifting the troubleshooting process from passive response to active and precise decision-making.Experiments demonstrate that the proposed scheme achieves a maximum interference recognition accuracy of 94.8%,a static localization accuracy of hundred-meter level,and a maximum disposal suppression rate of 89.62%under typical scenarios.It still meets emergency requirements in extreme complex scenarios and performs significantly better than traditional methods.关键词
