Abstract
By analyzing the spatial relationships among the distribution of seismic monitoring stations,administrative divisions,active fault zones,and historical earthquakes in Anhui Province,we evaluated the spatial distribution pattern of existing seismic monitoring stations in Anhui Province,and used kernel density analysis,buffer zone analysis,and Thiessen polygon analysis in ArcGIS to reveal the characteristics of station distribution and coverage uniformity.The results indicate that the distribution of seismic monitoring stations in Anhui Province is uneven,with areas of weak monitoring.The research findings provide basic spatial data support for optimizing the layout of seismic monitoring network.关键词
