Abstract
Aimed at the problem of continuously increasing input voltage and wide variation range in vehicle-mounted DC-DC converters,a wide-range two-stage isolated resonant converter with a high step-down ratio is proposed by inte-grating a dual step-down converter with a half-bridge resonant converter.The dual step-down converter serves as a volt-age pre-regulator and enables voltage gain regulation over a wide input voltage range,and the rear-stage half-bridge res-onant converter operates stably under rated conditions.To enhance the overall performance and power density of this converter,an integrated design of magnetic components is further presented.The reverse coupling effect between the front-stage energy storage inductors is utilized to suppress the inductor current ripple,thus reducing losses in the inte-grated magnetic components.In addition,the decoupled integration of front-and rear-stage coupled inductors is per-formed,so that the number and volume of magnetic components are reduced.Finally,experimental verification was con-ducted using the constructed converter.Results demonstrate that the proposed converter achieved a balance between high power density and efficient operation over a wide input range,providing an effective solution for the application of resonant converters in vehicle-mounted power supply.关键词
