Optimal Dispatching of Integrated Energy System Considering Mutual Recognition of Green Certificates and Carbon Quotas with Thermal Energy Storage in Heating Networks

Abstract
In response to the insufficient coordination of interactions between the carbon emission and green certificate trading markets in the existing studies,as well as the under utilization of thermal energy storage potential in heating net-works,a low-carbon economic dispatching model for an integrated energy system(IES)is constructed in this paper,which considers the mutual recognition of green certificates and carbon quotas,along with the thermal energy storage in heating networks.First,a mutual recognition mechanism for green certificates and carbon quotas is designed to enable the bidirectional conversion between green certificates and carbon quotas.Second,a thermal energy storage model of the thermal network is established based on its thermal inertia.Finally,with an objective of optimizing the system's to-tal cost while integrating the electricity-heat coupling constraints,the model is solved using CPLEX,and a case study is conducted under different scenarios.Results demonstrate that the proposed approach can effectively reduce the sys-tem's total cost and carbon emissions.Meanwhile,the revenue on the carbon emission trading market is also en-hanced,contributing to the achievement of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.关键词
