Review on Functional Safety of State Estimation in Cyber-Physical Power System Under Cross-domain Attack Threats

Abstract
As a foundational function supporting the perception and decision-making of new power systems,state estimation is a key target in cyberattacks on critical power infrastructure.Cross-domain attacks using the information side as an entry point undermine the security of physical power systems by interfering with state estimation operations.This paper first employs scientific mapping tools with co-occurrence analysis to identify current research hotspots and development trends related to state estimation and its security threats.Subsequently,it analyzes the cross-domain attack methods,influence mechanisms,attack resources,and consequences associated with various functional modules within state estimation,revealing the security challenges they face.On this basis,a secure state estimation architecture that integrates randomness,heterogeneity and dynamics is proposed to explore the technical path to cope with the evolving external attack threats from the perspective of functional security enhancement of state estimation ontology.关键词
