考虑裂纹扩展与胶层损伤耦合效应的粘贴钢板加固体系疲劳性能分析
Fatigue performance study of bonded steel plates reinforced system considering the coupling effect of crack propagation and adhesive damage

Abstract
To investigate the fatigue performance of the synergistic reinforced system formed after reinforcing fatigue cracks in steel structures with bonded steel plates,static and fatigue loading tests were conducted on 6 single-sided cracked steel plates after treatment,adopting three schemes respectively:unreinforced,single-sided steel plate reinforcement,and double-sided steel plate reinforcement.Based on the cohesive zone damage model and Paris crack growth criterion,a coupled analysis method for crack propagation and adhesive damage was proposed.The fatigue damage mechanism of reinforced specimens with bonded steel patch was analyzed using the Ansys-FRANC3D combined simulation platform.The experimental results demonstrate good perfor-mance of the structural adhesive during fatigue loading.The average fatigue life of specimens is enhanced by 2.69 times for single-side reinforcement and 7.87 times for double-side reinforcement compared with unrein-forced specimens.Finite element simulation results show good agreement with experimental data.Compared with the unreinforced specimens,the maximum stress of the double-sided and single-sided reinforced speci-mens reveals 50%and 44%reductions,respectively.The proposed crack propagation-adhesive damage coupled analysis method effectively characterizes the fatigue failure process of bonded steel plate reinforced system.关键词
