摘要

Abstract

To explore the thermal expansion performance of three-dimensional(3D)carbon/carbon(C/C)or-thogonal interlock woven composites,a prediction model of the thermal expansion coefficient of woven com-posites based on asymptotic homogenization is proposed.This model equates the macro-mesoscopic coupling homogenization equation of the composite material to the initial thermal stress equation,simplifying the imple-mentation process of the homogenization equation,and the validity of the model is verified.Subsequently,the relationship between the elastic coefficient and the thermal expansion performance of the material was calcu-lated and discussed using the prediction model and the grey relational analysis method.The research results show that in the process of optimizing the thermal expansion performance of 3D C/C orthogonal interlock wo-ven composites,the Poisson's ratio ν12,shear modulus G12 and elastic modulus E11 of the material have the greatest correlation with the thermal expansion performance and play an important role in the regulation of the thermal expansion performance,while the shear modulus G13,Poisson's ratio ν13 and ν23 of the material have the least correlation with the thermal expansion performance.It is not the main concern index in the regulation of thermal expansion performance.This research can provide certain references for optimizing the thermal ex-pansion performance of 3D C/C orthogonal interlock woven composites,and also offer new perspectives and insights for thermomechanical coupling analysis and structural design.
