建筑工程标准数字化成熟度评价体系:原则与框架
Evaluation system for digital maturity of construction engineering standards:Principles and framework

Abstract
The digitalization of construction engineering standards,as a critical step in the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,urgently requires a systematic and scientific maturity evaluation system to facilitate its healthy development.Firstly,a literature review method was adopted to clarify the connotation of the digitalization of construction engineering standards while analyzing its essential characteristics and key technologies.Then,a comparative analysis method was used to extract the content features of the digital matu-rity model for a single object from the digital maturity models for enterprises.The key methods required for building the evaluation system,including the indicator construction,weight calculation,and level assess-ment,were systematically sorted out.Finally,the principles and framework for constructing the digital matu-rity evaluation system for construction engineering standards were summarized and proposed.The study re-sults show that three core principles,including comprehensiveness,accuracy,and practicality,should be fol-lowed in building this maturity evaluation system.The system should be developed from three dimensions,in-cluding foundational preparation(the data key domain),capability strength(the technology,management,and application key domains),and benefit contribution(the value key domain).Meanwhile,five levels should be set including the initial level,the development level,the integration level,the advanced level,and the leading level.关键词
