Abstract

With the implementation of the full market trading mechanism for the grid-connected electricity of new energy,distributed wind and solar power generation,due to its volatility and uncertainty,has weak market competitiveness and is facing the risk of market deviation assessment and punishment,resulting in a significant compression of market profit margins.To this end,distributed wind and solar power stations are clustered,with pumped storage and each power station's self-owned energy storage serving as the regulation resources.A three-stage,market-oriented operational strategy and model of"day-ahead-real-time-lease cost allocation"is proposed for the collaborative regulation of the cluster's leased pumped storage and the power station's self-owned energy storage.In the first stage,considering the uncertainty risks of wind and solar output,a collaborative decision-making model for day-ahead market transactions and pumped storage leasing within clusters that maximized the expected market benefits was constructed,and the day-ahead transaction and pumped storage leasing plans for the cluster were obtained.In the second stage,to avoid the risk of deviation assessment in wind and solar power generation plans,a collaborative rolling optimization decision-making model considering the intraday market trading and pumped storage leasing of clusters with the greatest comprehensive benefits is constructed to obtain the real-time electricity trading plan and pumped storage leasing plan of the clusters.In the third stage,based on the output fluctuations of each power station and the differences in self-distributed storage,an improved hierarchical Shapley value fair distribution model for pumped storage rental costs,considering the similarity of electricity prices and the capacity factor of self-distributed storage,was proposed to maintain the stability of the cluster mechanism.The simulation results show that distributed wind and solar power stations that lease self-owned energy storage in the form of clusters to participate in the market can guarantee the interests of wind and solar power stations and improve the utilization efficiency of energy storage.
