Multi-time Scale Comprehensive Optimization for Distribution Network Operation With Distributed Wind Power Considering Line Electro-Thermal Coupling

Abstract
As to assessing the thermal stability of distribution networks with a high proportion of distributed wind power,the traditional Static Thermal Rating(STR)hardly considers the influence of wind speed,potentially leading to unnecessary wind curtailment and load shedding.Based on analyzing the dynamic impact of wind speed on the thermal stability margin of overhead lines,this paper proposes a thermal stability margin increment(TSMI)index,and a TSMI-based multi-time scale comprehensive optimization method is established accordingly,which comprehensively coordinates the day-ahead dynamic reconfiguration,intra-day scheduling,and real-time security verification by incorporating an improved Golden Jackal Optimization algorithm,the Interior Point Method,and a TSMI-based heuristic algorithm.Case studies demonstrate the significant economic advantage of the proposed method by avoiding unnecessary wind curtailment and load shedding,and the computational efficiency of TSMI meets the demands for real-time security assessment.关键词
