The Humanistic Economic Implications of the Coordination of Investment in Physical Assets and Human Capital

Abstract
"The coordination of investment in physical assets and human capital"must break away from the analytical paradigm of rationality based on neoclassical economics and adopt the perspective of humanistic economics to explain the dialectical relationship and value implications between"invest-ment in physical assets"and"investment in human capital".Based on the critical perspective of fetishism,Marx profoundly revealed the alienation process in capitalist society where the relationships between people were objectified,people themselves were degraded,and the role of people as sub-jects was obscured.He completed the critical deconstruction of capitalism's"prioritizing objects over people".As a new paradigm of Marxist political economy,humanistic economics takes"real people"as its logical starting point,"cultural people"as its core category,and"achieving a comprehen-sive person"as its fundamental goal,highlighting the value pursuit of"seeing people through things".Finally,returning to the practical realm,"the coordination of investment in physical assets and human capital"not only reflects the essential requirements of Chinese modernization,but also demon-strates its Chinese characteristics,and has created a new civilized form of coordinated development of"people"and"things"in the global context.关键词
