Abstract
With the formulation of the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"and the gradual formation of a consen-sus on carbon emission assessment,the global energy transition towards green and low-carbon development has accelerated.As a green and low-carbon energy source characterized by stability,reusability,abundant reserves,and diverse application models,geothermal energy will undoubtedly provide strong support for achieving the"dual carbon"goals.This research and analysis summarizes the current development status of geothermal energy development and utilization in Shanxi Province,ana-lyzes the development opportunities,problems and challenges faced by geothermal energy utilization,and determines the de-velopment goal of geothermal heating in Shanxi Province during the 15th Five-Year Plan period by combining the background of the"dual carbon"goals and the actual situation of geothermal heating in the province:by 2030,the geothermal heating area will be increased to more than 70 million square meters.In addition,it puts forward policy recommendations for reference:first,carry out refined evaluation of urban-level geothermal resources and regional water environment monitoring;second,strengthen policy supply and improve incentive mechanisms;third,focus on filling the gap in heating capacity and optimizing the regional thermal layout to accelerate the large-scale utilization of geothermal resources;fourth,strengthen risk manage-ment and control to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of geothermal energy development and utilization.关键词
