Determination of 10 Kinds of Antiviral Drug Residues in Pork by QuEChERS-UPLC/MS/MS

Abstract
A method was developed for the rapid determination of 10 kinds of antiviral drugs residues in pork based on QuEChERS-ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).The pork samples were extracted with 1%acetic acid acetonitrile,purified by QuEChERS,and then analyzed in the positive ion multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The results showed that the 10 kinds of antiviral drugs had good linear relationship(correlation coefficient r＞0.998 9)in the range of 2.5-125.0 μg·kg-1;the limits of detection(LOD,S/N=3)and limits of quantification(LOQ,S/N=10)were in the ranges of 0.05-0.50 μg·kg-1 and 0.10-1.00 μg·kg-1,respectively.The sample recovery rates of blank samples at three supplemental levels(2.5,5.0,20 μg·kg-1)ranged from 71.2%to 115.6%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.4%-8.3%.The method had high accuracy and sensitivity,and could meet the detection requirements of 10 antiviral drug residues in pork.关键词
