Simulation of aggregate interlocking numerical model and evaluation of shear bearing capacity of low pier
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the problem that the existing aggregate interlocking calculation model exag-gerates the shear contribution of stirrups and ignores the shear effect of aggregate bite force,this paper introduces the secondary development technology of interface transition zone(ITZ)to establish a numerical model,verifies its rationality and accuracy with experimental data,and carries out numerical analysis to explore the aggregate interlocking mechanism.Aiming at the problem that the contact area between mortar and aggregate in the aggregate interlocking theory has errors with the actual situation and the aggregate rupture has not been considered,it is modified and applied to the shear strength prediction of low piers.The results show that the modified calculation model can better reflect the characteristics of aggregate interlocking mechanism,and the ratio of test value to predicted value in the calculation of shear capacity of low pier is optimized from 1.13 to 1.08,which effectively corrects the defect that the original model underestimates the shear capacity of low pier.关键词
