人工智能时代工会促进职工全面发展的路径研究
A Study on the Pathways for Trade Unions to Promote the Comprehensive Development of Workers in the Age of AI
摘要
Abstract
Achieving the free and holistic development of every individual should be an unquestionable supreme value goal of society.The development of artificial intelligence technology will have a profound impact on realizing this goal,primarily manifested in reaffirming human subjectivity,generating new capability structures,shifting towards creative labor,and facilitating the expansion of social relationships.Faced with the profound challenges brought by technological transformation,trade unions should proactively align with the changing trends of the times and accelerate the modernization of their governance systems and capabilities.By promoting a strategic shift in governance concepts,objectives,and structures,and relying on four key pathways-ideological guidance,digital governance,intelligence-enabled empowerment,and collaborative innovation—trade unions can dedicate themselves to promoting the comprehensive development of workers.关键词
