Integrity Education for Digital Labor:Challenges and Responses

Abstract
The digital economy is absorbing an increasing number of laborers,and labor values education should lay the value foundation for laborers adapting to digital economic life.This paper conducts a specific analysis of integrity education for digital labor by studying typical cases,pointing out that the essence of dishonest behavior in digital labor is the laborer's use of digital identity to obscure their identity as a laborer.Accordingly,it concludes that the new demand for integrity value lies in defending human moral subjectivity in the digital world.To enable students to uphold integrity in future digital labor,they first need to identify the specific manifestations of integrity in digital labor.Secondly,they need to realize that honest labor not only prevents harm to others' interests but also allows them to truly achieve moral freedom of will in digital labor.Based on this value identification,it is also necessary to help them acquire the digital capabilities for honest labor through the integration of digital literacy education and labor education.From a methodological perspective,clarifying the new value demands in new forms of labor represents the"new increment"in labor values education—i.e.,the increment in educational goals.The practice of value education based on these educational goals constitutes an"increment on the constant."Educators need to design educational activities according to the general principles of value education.Compared to the consensus on educational goals,the richness and diversity of the educational process will better enhance the effectiveness of practice.关键词
