The Impact of Digital Economy Development on Employment and the Responses of Trade Union
摘要
Abstract
The impact of digital economy development on employment is characterized by a combination of substitution effects and creation effects.Based on the dynamic interplay between technological progress and educational development,as well as historical experience from the Industrial Revolution,this study,by systematically analyzing the dynamic process of"creative destruction"formed by the interplay of short-term employment substitution pains and long-term job creation dividends from macro,meso,and micro levels,argues that supported by forward-looking education and training reforms,digital skills popularization,and lifelong learning systems,new technologies will ultimately transition from being employment"substitutors"to catalysts for high-quality employment.To address the practical challenges in enhancing workers' skills,the study recommends further refining the educational functions of trade unions,establishing dynamic monitoring of vocational skills,improving the training system,strengthening economic incentives for training providers,and developing an"artisan skills digital model"to guide workers in adapting to the development of the digital economy.关键词
