超声引导下星状神经节阻滞治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效
Efficacy of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block in the treatment of idiopathic facial nerve palsy

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of stellate ganglion block(SGB)combined with conven-tional pharmacotherapy in the treatment of idiopathic facial nerve palsy through a retrospective analysis.Methods Eighty patients diagnosed with idiopathic facial nerve palsy between January 2022 and October 2025 were included.According to treatment modality,patients were divided into an SGB group(n=40),who received ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block combined with conventional drug therapy,and a control group(n=40),who received conventional drug therapy alone.Facial nerve function before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.The primary outcome meas-ures were the House-Brackmann(H-B)grading scale and scores on the Simplified Facial Nerve Function Assessment Scale.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in baseline characteristics or facial nerve function scores(all P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in H-B grades and facial nerve function scores compared with baseline(all P<0.001).However,the magnitude of improvement in the SGB group was significantly greater than that in the control group(all P<0.001).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block combined with conventional pharmacotherapy can more effectively promote recovery of facial nerve function in patients with idiopathic facial nerve palsy compared with pharmacotherapy alone,while maintaining good safety.关键词
