摘要

Abstract

With the development of globalized economy and the increasing demand for timbers,wood chip terminals undertake increasingly heavy tasks of loading,unloading,storage,and transportation as a key link in the supply chain of timbers.Based on a wood chip terminal at the central harbor of Weifang Port,a discussion was made for a full-process automatic control system applying to the wood chip terminal.The combination of advanced sensing equipment,intelligent recognition and data analysis technologies supported the application of key processes such as remote automated unloading by using bridge grab unloaders,intelligent remote ship's hold-cleaning system,process control system and intelligent online monitoring system for belt conveyors,remote unmanned control system for cargo unloading trolleys,and automated cargo loading and pressing in the yard.The above research results provide new ideas and serve as a project case for the automation and intelligentization of wood chip terminals and entire timber logistics industry.
