Abstract

In smart waterway projects,the modern information technologies such as Internet of Things,Massive Data,Cloud Calculation and artificial intelligence are integrated to achieve comprehensive monitoring,intelligent analysis and collaborative management of waterway data,and raise the efficiency and safety level of waterway navigation.The discussion is made in detail for full-element perception technology of waterway,intelligent forecast technology of hydrology and water depth,waterway intelligent application,3D holographic simulation technology.In addition,analysis is carried out for the technical innovation trend,application prospects and the challenges in future.The development of smart waterways requires finance and policy support,inter-departmental collaboration,information sharing,data security and privacy protection.The construction of smart waterways is of great significance for improving the waterway operation efficiency,ensuring safe navigation,and promoting the development of green ports.The smart waterways will become important power that promotes the development of global trade and shipping industry.
