Abstract
Steel buoys request a periodic maintenance,including rust removal and re-painting,which leads to high maintenance cost and difficulty,in addition to that,the whole steel buoy has to be hoisted for maintenance if one part was damaged.To follow China national policy and realize green curing of navigation marks,a kind of linear polyethylene buoy was proposed.Based on a modular design mode,the module that was damaged or out of work could be replaced by a standby module to avoid the entire maintenance or replacement of marker ships and upgrade the curing mode of buoys.The finite element calculation of ship hull strength and the sample utility test showed that the new-style marker ship satisfied the design requirements and was worthy of popularization and application.关键词
