Abstract
Taking the slurry wall bored cast-in-place pile construction in the Ganyu Port Bulk Grain Corridor Belt Conveyor Project as an example,this paper analyzes the technical challenges in its construction process.Through innovative invention of a novel detachable Dual-Wall Casing System that replaces traditional single steel casings,a series of difficulties in bored pile construction caused by insufficient site elevation have been resolved.Engineering applications demonstrate that the newly developed Dual-Wall Casing System breaks through the conventional limitation where the over-pouring top elevation of land-based bored cast-in-place piles could only be 20～30 cm above ground level.It effectively solves problems such as collapsed concrete in over-poured piles and non-reusable auxiliary materials caused by inadequate site elevation.This innovation has achieved significant environmental and economic benefits,demonstrating both applicability and advancement.The technological breakthrough provides valuable technical references for similar projects,offering insights for construction under comparable site elevation constraints.关键词
