Abstract
Objective:To improve the precision of light-cured 3D printed dental models,this study aims to introduce food-grade UV absorbers into the photopolymer resin system.It controls the light-curing process by optimizing the formula and explores the mechanism of their synergistic effect.Methods:Vitamin C(VC)and curcumin(Cur)were selected as UV absorbers to prepare a series of acrylate-based photopolymer resins.The photopolymerization behavior,thermal properties,curing shrinkage rate,and light absorption characteristics of the resins were systematically evaluated through photopolymerization kinetics,thermogravimetric analysis(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),density measurement,and penetration depth testing.Combined with DFT theoretical calculations and UV absorption spectroscopy,the reaction activity was analyzed from the perspective of molecular structure.Results:When the compound addition amounts of VC and Cur were 0.05%and 0.002%respectively,the photopolymer resin exhibited the optimal comprehensive performance:the acrylate double bond conversion rate increased to 82%,the curing shrinkage rate decreased to 6.25%,the glass transition temperature(Tg)reached as high as 110.2℃,and the penetration depth(Dp)was 0.336 mm.The dental model printed based on this formula achieved a maximum precision of 76.60%.Conclusion:The compound use of VC and Cur can achieve a synergistic effect of"high activity-strong capture",which effectively optimizes the photopolymerization process.This makes it possible to prepare 3D printed dental models with high precision,low shrinkage,and high thermal stability,providing a new strategy for the development of high-performance dental photopolymer resins.关键词
