Abstract
Objective:Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)is a highly heterogeneous hematological malignancy whose incidence is increasing year by year,and early diagnosis is crucial to improve patient outcomes.The purpose of this study was to explore the diagnostic model of NHL based on ultrasound features and serum soluble CD40 ligand(sCD40L)and interleukin-17(IL-17).Methods:A total of 212 NHL patients and 186 cases of benign lymph node lesions admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were enrolled.Their serum sCD40L and IL-17 levels and ultrasound features were detected.The diagnostic model was constructed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis and its diagnostic value was evaluated using ROC curves.Results:The serum sCD40L and IL-17 levels were lower in the NHL group than in the benign lesion group(P<0.05).The L/S ratio in the NHL group was smaller than that in the benign lesion group,the proportion of anechoic lymph nodes was higher in the NHL group,and the levels of PI and RI were higher in the NHL group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression showed that L/S,anechoic lymph node hilum,PI,RI,serum sCD40L and serum IL-17 were all influencing factors of NHL(P<0.05).The area under the ROC curve of the diagnostic model was 0.919(95%CI:0.892~0.945).The specificity was 83.33%,and the sensitivity was 86.32%.Conclusion:The diagnostic model constructed in this study combining ultrasound features and serum markers provides a new means for early diagnosis of NHL and has high clinical application value.关键词
