传统油气企业布局可控核聚变领域战略路径探析
Strategic path to venture into the nuclear fusion field for traditional oil and gas enterprises

Abstract
Nuclear fusion,as a strategic future energy source,is accelerating its transition from laboratory research to engineering verification,representing a crucial direction for traditional oil and gas enterprises to shape the future energy landscape and achieve their transformation development.This paper analyzes their unique endowments and core weaknesses such as engineering capability transfer,capital patience,and industrial synergy using SWOT based on China's nuclear fusion development patterns and typical cases,identifies external opportunities and potential threats,proposes such suggestions as the strategic pathway by fully releasing the integration of capital and engineering advantages,the phased and progressive implementation strategies,and internally installing dynamic risk control mechanisms to help traditional oil and gas enterprises in formulating rational energy transition strategies and plan as well as achieving a systematic deployment in the emerging field of fusion energy.关键词
