面向能力培养的新商科课程游戏化教学模式探索

Abstract
Against the backdrop of the construction of New Business Studies,this paper proposes a competency-oriented gamified teaching model.Drawing on the Mechanics-Dynamics-Aesthetics(MDA)framework from game design,the study deconstructs the pedagogical mechanisms of business simulation games.A closed-loop teaching procedure named iSee is constructed,encompassing four phases:Initiate,Study,Expansion,and Examination,which ensures the effective transformation of game experiences into competencies development.By presenting a teaching case,this paper elaborates on how the model breaks down disciplinary barriers and significantly enhances students' systems thinking,data-driven decision-making capabilities,and leadership in complex environments via scenario simulation,cross-functional gameplay,and data-informed decision-making.This exploration provides a replicable theoretical model and practical pathway for the reform of business education.关键词
