国土空间规划背景下城乡规划专业人才培养创新路径探索与实践

Abstract
Under the background of national land-use planning,new demands have been placed on the transformation of the urban and rural planning discipline,which now faces the challenge of transitioning from physical space design to comprehensive governance.Currently,the talent cultivation system for urban and rural planning professionals suffers from prominent issues such as gaps in practical capabilities and insufficient interdisciplinary integration.This paper constructs a"four-module,three-integration,three-enhancement"training model through employer surveys,proposing a"foundation-core-practice"curriculum system and deepening industry-academia-research integration and university-enterprise collaboration.The study provides an innovative pathway for talent cultivation in the new era of national spatial planning and offers a replicable model for urban and rural planning talent cultivation.关键词
