消渴舒丸对糖尿病肾病患者肠道微生态炎症和脂质代谢影响
Effect of Xiaokeshu Pill on Intestinal Microecology,Inflammation and Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Diabetic Kidney Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Xiaokeshu pill on intestinal microecology,inflammation and lipid metabolism in patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 100 DKD patients admitted to Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a combined treatment group(Xiaokeshu pill and conventional treatment)and a control group(conventional treatment),with 50 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,intestinal microecology,inflammation,glucose and lipid metabolism,renal function before and after treatment,and drug safety were compared between the two groups.The correlation between intestinal microecology and inflammation was analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and HDL-C were increased more significantly,while the levels of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus,inflammatory indicators,TG,TC,LDL-C,HbA1c and renal function indicators were decreased more significantly in the combined treatment group(P<0.05).Pearson analysis showed that intestinal flora was significantly correlated with inflammatory indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaokeshu pill can improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of DKD patients,effectively regulate intestinal microecology,inflammation and lipid metabolism,and significantly alleviate renal function damage.关键词
