基于瘀血致眩理论探讨活血化瘀法治疗高血压病眩晕
Discussion on Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis Method in the Treatment of Hypertension Vertigo Based on the Theory of Vertigo Caused by Blood Stasis

Abstract
Yu Tuan first clearly put forward the viewpoint of"vertigo caused by blood stasis"in Yixue Zhengzhuan·Xuanyun and established the treatment promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method.Blood stasis is an important factor leading to vertigo.Based on Yu Tuan's theory of"vertigo caused by blood stasis"and combined with modern literature research,this paper explored the benefits of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating hypertension vertigo with blood stasis syndrome by using blood circulation promoting and stasis removing method,and expounded the rationality of this theory.At the same time,the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods of 5 blood stasis syndromes of hypertensive disease are elaborated in detail,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of hypertension vertigo with blood stasis syndrome by TCM.关键词
