The Application of the Theory of Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach Related to Kidney from Differentiation on Endogenous and Exogenous Diseases in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Nocturnal Emission of Cold-dampness Type
摘要
Abstract
Nocturnal emission is categorized into syndromes such as fire and turbulence,hot and humid bets,insufficiency of kidney,and spleen injury in modern traditional Chinese medicine,cold and wet pathogeny,however,is also a cause for nocturnal emission.The collection of the kidney is closely related to the transfer of the spleen.If spleen yang is blocked,cold and wet pathogeny may develop endogenously or exogenously,running to the kidney,as if a residence is occupied by a robber and the owner is therefore forced out of the room.Nocturnal emission is not only developed from the hot and humid ministerial fire,but also from cold and damp pathogeny.It is not only rooted in deficiency of kidney yang,but also more commonly in"spleen and stomach deficiency of the kidney".Nocturnal treatment should not blindly resort to tonifying kidney nor to clearing the ministerial fire,which seriously hurts the yang of spleen.Three treatment methods are elaborated in Li Dongyuan's"deficiency of spleen and stomach related to kidney",strengthening spleen and warming kidney,thus wet is relieved while astringement is not allowed.Wind-dispelling drug has the magical effect to overcome dampness and smooth triple burn,expelling pathogeny with aromatization and dryness.These treatments focus on recovery the congenital function of the spleen and kidney to cure the symptoms.关键词
