补肾活血方治疗股骨头坏死肝肾亏虚证临床研究
Clinical Study on Tonifying the Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation Prescription in the Treatment of Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head with Liver-Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation prescription in the treatment of osteonecrosis of femoral head(ONFH)with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with ONFH with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome admitted to Department of Osteoarthritis of Zhengzhou Orthopedics and Traumatology Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation prescription,while the control group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsule.The efficacy and safety were compared after 6 months of treatment.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score,N-terminal propeptide of type I procollagen(PINP),C-terminal telopeptide of type II collagen(β-CTX)in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and Harris hip score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the stability of ARCO staging between the two groups(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were found in either group.Conclusion The tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation prescription has definite efficacy in the treatment of ONFH with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome.It can effectively relieve pain,regulate bone metabolism,promote osteogenesis and angiogenesis,and improve hip joint function with favorable safety.关键词
