凉血五根汤治疗过敏性紫癜疗效及安全性Meta分析
Meta-analysis on the Therapeutic Effect and Safety of Liangxue Wugen Decoction in the Treatment of Henoch-Schönlein Purpura

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Liangxue Wugen decoction in the treatment of Henoch-Schönlein purpura using Meta-analysis.Methods Chinese databases including CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,and SinoMed were electronically searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on Liangxue Wugen decoction for Henoch-Schönlein purpura.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to July 2025.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 9 RCTs involving 973 patients were finally included,with 501 in the treatment group and 472 in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group[RR=1.27,95%CI(1.19,1.35),P＜0.000 01].The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant[OR=0.56,95%CI(0.29,1.09),P=0.09].Sensitivity analysis indicated stable results,and funnel plots suggested little publication bias.Conclusion Liangxue Wugen decoction can improve the total clinical effective rate in the treatment of Henoch-Schönlein purpura with favorable safety.However,limited by the quality of included studies,more high-quality research is needed to verify the above conclusion.关键词
