Abstract
Herpes zoster is a common clinical disease.Symptoms caused by it,such as pain,skin rash,pruritus,ulceration and postherpetic neuralgia,have a serious impact on patients'quality of life and mental state.This paper summarized the experience of Director Zhang Wei in treating herpes zoster based on the latent qi theory.Under the guidance of the latent qi theory,Director Zhang held that the pathogenesis of herpes zoster is insufficient kidney qi with cold pathogen lodging in shaoyin.He adopted surrounding acupuncture to break the"stagnation state"of latent qi,used Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction to reverse the"deficiency-cold state"of shaoyin,and applied cotton-spreading moxibustion to restore the"circulating state"of qi and blood.The combination of the three methods treats both the manifestation and root cause with satisfactory clinical efficacy,providing a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of herpes zoster for colleagues.关键词
