基于阳柔以养筋探讨推拿治疗小儿肌性斜颈的作用机制
Discussion on the Mechanism of Tuina in Treating Congenital Muscular Torticollis Based on the Theory of Nourishing Tendon with Yang and Gentleness
摘要
Abstract
Congenital muscular torticollis(CMT)is the third most common musculoskeletal disease in infancy,second only to developmental joint disease and clubfoot.If not treated timely and standardized,it is prone to cause lesions in the face,shoulders,back and other parts,which has a serious impact on the appearance and even mental health of children.Tuina can effectively relieve CMT symptoms and is recognized as the preferred method for treating CMT in China.Under the guidance of the theory of"nourishing tendon with yang and gentleness",insufficient yang qi is the fundamental cause of CMT,and phlegm and blood stasis are its important pathological products.This paper explored the pathogenesis of CMT from the following two aspects:"spleen-kidney yang deficiency leading to tendon malnutrition"and"failure of liver wood to ascend leading to tendon and vessel malnutrition".In treatment,it is no longer limited to local lesion tuina.By combining tuina stimulation on the abdomen,back and specific limb parts,it can stimulate human yang qi,balance the qi,blood,yin and yang of zang-fu organs,achieve the effects of eliminating phlegm and blood stasis,nourishing tendons and vessels,restore the neck movement function of CMT children,and provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of CMT.关键词
