如意金黄散外敷联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后下肢肌间静脉血栓临床观察
Ruyi Jinhuang Powder External Application Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Intermuscular Venous Thrombosis after Stroke

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ruyi Jinhuang powder external application combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of lower extremity intermuscular venous thrombosis after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with lower extremity intermuscular venous thrombosis after stroke admitted to Yueyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2023 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine training,and the experimental group was treated with Ruyi Jinhuang powder external application on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The long-axis diameter of thrombus,D-dimer,homocysteine,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results Four weeks after treatment,the levels of thrombus long-axis diameter,D-dimer,homocysteine and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The thrombus resolution rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ruyi Jinhuang powder external application combined with rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of lower extremity intermuscular venous thrombosis after stroke,which can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the risk of embolism.关键词
