针刺新吾穴联合雷火灸治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on sphenopalatine ganglion(Xinwu point)combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods Fifty patients with allergic rhinitis who attended the outpatient department of Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1 to December 31,2023,were enrolled in this study.Using a random number table,they were divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 25 patients in each group.The intervention group received acupuncture at the sphenopalatine ganglion(Xinwu point)combined with thunder-fire moxibustion,while the control group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion alone.Serum immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-8(IL-8)levels,and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of IgE,IL-4,and IL-8 in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with allergic rhinitis,combined treatment with acupuncture at the sphenopalatine ganglion(Xinwu point)and thunder-fire moxibustion can enhance therapeutic efficacy,accelerate the rehabilitation process,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve prognosis,and is thus worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
