Abstract
Cancer-related fever,also known as neoplastic fever,refers to the non-infectious fever directly related to cancer in patients with malignant tumors when other common febrile diseases are excluded,as well as the fever caused by treatment during the development of the tumor.It is a paraneoplastic syndrome caused by the tumor itself.Based on the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical applications of Guizhi decoction and Xiaochaihu decoction,the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi decoction in the treatment of cancer-related was further explored.By applying the theory of classic prescriptions in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the clinical applications of Chaihu Guizhi decoction by later physicians and the author,a further summary and analysis were carried out.It is found that Chaihu Guizhi decoction as an important prescription in Shanghan Lun,plays an immediate role in patients with cancer-related fever through"regulating yin and yang"and"removing heat with sweet-warm herbs".关键词
