中医体质理论指导血脂异常健康管理体系的构建与应用研究
Study on the Construction and Application of Health Management System for Dyslipidemia Guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution Theory
摘要
Abstract
Dyslipidemia has become a common chronic disease affecting the health of Chinese residents.Although existing health management measures can achieve early screening and early treatment to a certain extent and delay disease progression,they still have limitations such as insufficient individualization and single intervention methods.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution theory takes"preventing disease before its onset"as the core concept and emphasizes individualized treatment.By regulating patients'constitutions based on constitution differentiation,TCM exerts in improving clinical symptoms,delaying disease progression and enhancing patients'quality of life.Based on TCM constitution theory,this paper constructed a health management system for dyslipidemia,aiming to provide TCM ideas and practical references for the individualized management and clinical intervention of dyslipidemia.关键词
