高血压病防治现状分析及中西联合治疗方案

Abstract
Hypertension is one of the most common chronic diseases in the middle-aged and elderly population,and a major pathogenic factor leading to stroke,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and other diseases.In Western medicine,combined antihypertensive therapy such as diuretics and vascular blockers is used for a long time,but it is often accompanied by various adverse reactions and requires lifelong medication.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)mainly treats hypertension from the liver and kidney,but the efficacy of prescriptions is limited and it is often used as an adjuvant therapy to Western medicine.The authors recorded the systematic development of the sanjiao syndrome differentiation system for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of hypertension gradually improved by Professor Wang Jin as follows:treating the heart in accordance with its physiological characteristics as a fire-yang organ to maintain satisfactory cardiac impulse,treating the vessels focusing on the reconstruction of vascular self-metabolic system and the control of inflammatory response,treating the blood requiring sufficient blood volume,good substance exchange capacity,and effective removal of metabolic wastes and"abnormal pathogens"in the blood.Meanwhile,based on the five-zang and five-element theory,active control is implemented on the liver,spleen,lung and kidney,which affect the heart and thus blood pressure through mother-child involvement and subjugation-transmission changes.关键词
