补肾调周法联合穴位埋线治疗多囊卵巢综合征痰湿证患者疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Kidney-tonifying Cycle-regulating Method Joined with Catgut Implantation at Acupoint in the Treatment of Phlegm-dampness Pattern of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To discuss curative effects of kidney-tonifying cycle-regulating method and catgut implantation at acupoint in the treatment of phlegm-dampness pattern of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:A total of 120 PCOS patients of phlegm-dampness pattern were chosen,and allocated to observation group and control group with 60 cases in each according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with kidney-tonifying cycle-regulating method and catgut implantation at acupoint,and the control group orally took ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets,and metformin,and therapeutic cycle was three months.To observe and compare clinical effects between the two groups,TCM syndrome integrals,the levels of the hormones and the scores of menstrual cycle before and after treatment.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),higher than 83.33%(50/60)of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of the symptoms including amenorrhea,obesity,sticky mouth and excessive phlegm,and abnormal vaginal discharge,the relevant hormones containing LH,FSH and E2,PRL and P were lower than these before the treatment(P<0.05),and the indexes of the observation group were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the frequency of menstrual cycle,menstrual regularity,duration of menstruation,and menstrual bleeding of the two groups were lower than these before the treatment(P<0.05);and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than these of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidney-tonifying cycle-regulating method joined with catgut implantation at acupoint in treating PCOS of phlegm-dampness pattern could boost clinical effects,improve clinical symptoms,and regulate menstrual cycle and the levels of the related hormones.关键词
