吸入粉雾剂肺部沉积的影响因素及改善肺部有效沉积率方法的研究进展
Research progress on factors affecting the pulmonary deposition of dry powder inhalers and methods to improve the fine particle fraction
摘要
Abstract
Currently,dry powder inhalers(DPIs)are an effective formulation for diseases like asthma,bronchiectasis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,while also holding significant potential for the delivery of proteins and peptides.Due to the unique physiological and anatomical structure of the respiratory system,the deposition of DPIs in the lungs is influenced by multiple factors.However,the fine particle fraction(FPF)is the critical factor determining the efficacy of DPIs.This paper comprehensively analysed the factors influencing pulmonary deposition of DPIs.It summarized methods to improve the FPF values,such as formulation design,properties of microparticles,and inhaler device selection,providing a reference for further innovation and research in DPIs.关键词
