泌尿系统结石患者健康素养现况及影响因素分析
Health literacy status and analysis of influencing factors in patients with urinary system stones

Abstract
Objective To understand the health literacy status of patients with urinary system stones and analyze the influen-cing factors.Methods Using a convenience sampling method,190 patients with urinary system stones admitted to our hos-pital from June 2023 to July 2025 were selected as survey participants.The participants were surveyed using a general infor-mation questionnaire,the Health Literacy Management Scale(HLMS),the Adults Health Self-Management Skill Rating Scale(AHSMSRS),and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Pearson correlation analysis was used to ex-plore the correlations between health literacy,self-management ability,and coping styles;linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of health literacy.Results The total HLMS score of the participants was(102.75±11.38)and the total AHSMSRS score was(106.51±11.49)points.The negative coping dimension score and positive cop-ing dimension score of the SCSQ were(12.08±2.27)points and(15.26±2.49)points,respectively.Pearson correlation a-nalysis showed that the HLMS score was positively correlated with the AHSMSRS score and the positive coping dimension score of the SCSQ(r=0.602,0.537;P<0.001),and negatively correlated with the negative coping dimension score of the SCSQ(r=-0.426,P<0.001).There were statistically significant differences in HLMS scores among participants of dif-ferent ages,educational levels,average monthly household income per capita,place of residence,and duration of disease(P<0.05),specifically showing that participants aged<60 years,with education level above high school,average monthly household income per capita≥4,000 yuan,living in urban areas,and with duration of disease≥5 years had higher HLMS scores.Regression analysis showed that age,educational level,average monthly household income per capita,AHSMSRS score,and each dimension score of the SCSQ were influencing factors for the HLMS score of the participants(P<0.05).Conclusion The health literacy of patients with urinary system stones is at a moderate level and is significantly correlated with age,educational level,average monthly household income per capita,self-management ability,and coping styles.关键词
