施肥对白木香根际土壤养分及微生物群落的影响
Effects of Fertilization on Rhizosphere Soil Nutrients and Microbial Communities of Aquilaria sinensis

Abstract
In order to select suitable fertilization method for early cultivation of Aquilaria sinensis,taking Aqui-laria sinensis'Qi Nan'clonal improved variety'Guixiang No.1'as research object,three fertilization treatments,including mineral source potassium fulvate compound fertilizer(T1),peanut bran organic fertilizer(T2)and po-tassium sulfate compound fertilizer(T3),were established.Through field experiments combined with high-throughput sequencing technology,effects of different fertilization treatments on growth of A.sinensis as well as on rhizosphere soil nutrients and microbial communities were explored.Results showed that compared with non-fertilizer control,all fertilization treatments significantly promoted growths of plant height and ground di-ameter,decreased soil pH and increased contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium.For bacterial communi-ty,fertilization treatments increased relative abundance of Actinobacteriota and Acidothermus,while decreased Acidobacteriota relative abundance.For fungal community,fertilization treatments increased relative abun-dance of Basidiomycota,Mucoromycota and Umbelopsis,while T1 and T2 treatments decreased Ascomycota rel-ative abundance.Fertilization treatments significantly decreased diversity of bacterial community but had no significant effects on diversity of fungal community.Fertilization treatments had effects on bacterial and fungal community structures.Contents of soil available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter were key factors influencing bacterial community at phylum level.Soil available phosphorus content was key factor influ-encing bacterial community at genus level.Soil organic matter content was key factor influencing fungal commu-nity at phylum level.Soil water content and organic matter content were key factors influencing fungal communi-ty at genus level.Umbelopsis was key factor influencing plant height growth,and soil organic matter content was key factor influencing ground diameter growth.T2 treatment exhibited the best promoting effect on A.sinensis growth,with overall performance superior to other fertilization treatments,which was suggested to promote in A.sinensis plantations.关键词
