摘要

Abstract

In order to explore effect of mangrove transplantation on soil function,two planting densities[high density(0.3 m×0.3 m,HD)and low density(1 m×1 m,LD)]were set during transplantation.Soil physical and chemical properties,multifunctionalities and microbial characteristics of transplantation mangrove forests with different planting densities and native mangrove forest(control,CK)were analyzed,and main driving factors for soil multifunctionality were explored.Results showed that soil pH and available phosphorus content in CK treat-ment were significantly lower than those in HD and LD treatments.Most indexes of soil physical and chemical properties showed order of CK>HD>LD.Soil average multifunctionality and effective multifunctionality showed order of CK>HD>LD.There were no significant differences in soil bacterial and fungal diversities among differ-ent treatments,while there were significant differences in their community structures.Soil microbial groups with significant differences on relative abundance were Bacteroidota,Campylobacterota,Zixibacteria,Ascomy-cota and Fungi_unclassified.Except for Fungi_unclassified,relative abundances of other microbial groups showed order of CK>HD>LD.Planting density and soil acid phosphatase and cellobiohydrolase activities were main driving factors for soil multifunctionality.High density planting for transplantation mangrove forest was conducive to accumulation of soil nutrients,enhancement of enzyme activities and increase of microbial groups,and soil multifunctionality was improved.
