Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation on Fruit Quality of 38 Pruns salicina cv'Shazi Kongxinli'Germplasm Resources

Abstract
[Objective]The differences in fruit appearance quality and intrinsic quality among 38 different'Shazi Kongxinli'germplasm resources were explored to screen excellent Pruns salicina germplasm resources and to provide a reference for purification,rejuenation and germplasm innovation in'Shazi Kongxinli'industry.[Method]The single fruit weight,fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit transverse diameter,fruit shape index,fruit hardness,soluble solids content,acidity and solids to acid ratio of 38 P.salicina'Shazikongxinli'germplasm resources from Yanhe County,Guizhou were analyzed and comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis(PCA).[Result]There was a difference in fruit quality among 38 P.salicina'Shazi Kongxinli'germplasm resources from Yanhe County,Guizhou.Among them,the single fruit weight ranged from 14.17 to 32.17 g,and the single fruit weight of L2,S11,N63,S7,and N53 was significantly higher than other germplasm resources.The fruit transverse and longitudinal diameter was 30.08-39.31 mm and 25.73-34.92 mm respectively.The fruit shape index ranged from 0.82 to 1.00,indicating a nearly circular or round.The fruit hardness ranged from 1.30 to 2.34 kg/cm2,and the fruit hardness of L8,N62,N42 and L22 was relatively higher.The soluble solids content was 10.10%—14.95%,and the soluble solids content of N27 was the highest,21.84%higher than the average value of the population.The acidity ranged from 0.15%to 0.69%,and the acidity of N11,N43 and S7 was 0.15%,0.16%and 0.18%respectively.The solids to acid ratio was 19.30-84.16,and the solids to acid ratio of N11 and N43 with a good flavor reached 84.16 and 74.29 respectively.The single fruit weight was positively related to fruit longitudinal and transverse diameter very significantly.The soluble solids content was positively related to acidity and solids to acid ratio very significantly.The principal component analysis(PCA)showed that the cumulative contribution rate of three principal components with eigenvalues>1 was 82.671%,which mainly reflected fruit size,flavor and fruit shape.The comprehensive evaluation function(F)obtained by a regression method was:F=0.422 15F1+0.271 07F2+0.133 49F3.According to the function,the top 10 germplasm resources ranked by final scores were S11,N63,L22,L8,L2,N27,N53,N37,N26 and N36 in sequence.[Conclusion]In summary,S11,N63 and L22 germplasm resources from Yanhe County,Guizhou with an excellent comprehensive fruit quality can be used in innovation and breeding of P.salicina cv'Shazi Kongxinli'.关键词
